Name Change Fee Schedule

Changing the Lead Guest's Name:

$150 change fee through December 3rd
$225 late change fee from December 4th - December 27th

Changing a Guest's Name:

Complimentary through July 2nd
$75 late change fee from July 3rd - September 25th
$125 late change fee from September 26th - December 3rd
$225 late change fee from December 4th - December 27th

Beginning December 28, 2019, NO NAME CHANGES can be made on your reservation. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!

**Anyone who booked during the Blind Faith Presale is included in the special event with Brandi Carlile. This added perk is non-transferrable in the event you are no longer able to attend Girls Just Wanna Weekend and name change over to a new guest.

Things To Know

  • The Lead Guest is the only person in the reservation that can make changes, such as adding a guest or making a name change.
  • It is between the guests in the reservation to sort out all finances & the name change fee. 
  • Any payments previously made on the reservation will not be refunded to the guest being removed.
  • Guests with financial responsibility must contact the Cloud 9 Travel Team by phone or email to confirm the change.
  • You cannot initiate a name change on the online chat. If you are unable to call Cloud 9, please reach out via email.
  • All guests traveling to Girls Just Wanna Weekend must create their own profile in order to check in. If your roommate has never traveled with Cloud 9 before, have them create a Cloud 9 Account HERE. 
  • IMPORTANT: Mexican residents, U.S. citizens residing in Mexico, and anyone unable to present an exit card issued at immigration upon arrival into Mexico are required to pay an additional 16% tax based on the total value of your suite upon check in. If you are flying from the US on a Mexican passport please ensure that you get an exit card BEFORE you arrive at the Hard Rock or you will be required to pay the tax.

How To Change Your Guest

Through July 2nd

Add your guest online by following these steps:
Step 1: Log into your Cloud 9 Account
Step 2: Click “Your Account”. This will pull up all your past & present reservations. 
Step 3: Select “View/Modify” under your active reservation. 
Step 4: Click the “Replace Guest” option.
Step 5: Select the guest you wish to remove and add your new guest's information. 


Please note if the old guest has financial responsibility in the reservation, it will become the Lead Guest's responsibility until it is reallocated to the new guest. To reallocate the finances, you will need to contact the Travel Team.

Starting July 3rd

Identify who is going to be responsible for paying the name change fee. Either party can pay the fee, however, the change will not be made until the fee is paid in full. 

Email: The Lead Guest can email the Travel Team with the old and new guests CC'd. All guests coming in or out of the reservation must confirm and approve the change. Once approved by all parties, the guest responsible for paying the name change fee can reply solely to Cloud 9 with their payment information.

Phone: The Lead Guest can call the Travel Team to request the change to the reservation. Separately, the guest who will be paying the name change fee can call to complete this change. Or, the Lead Guest, old guest, and new guest can contact the Travel Team on a conference call. In doing so, all guests will be on the line to complete the change at once.
